Yes, but these would still fall under the 100ml rule and would therefore need to fit inside the standard transparent liquids bag detailed above.

The bag used to hold liquids, aerosols and gels in containers which have a maximum volume of no more than 100ml must be transparent, re-sealable and hold a maximum volume of one litre (approximately 20cm x 20cm). The bag needs to be able to seal properly with all your 100ml liquid containers inside it for it to be allowed through security screening at the airport in Malta.
